**As of yet, I have been unable to locate a large, flat area with a very smooth surface to test the hovercraft on. Based on its performance over rougher surfaces, my best guess is that the top speed would be roughly 30 mph over a very smooth surface (i.e. linoleum tile, smooth concrete).
